Stena Line
Stena Line is the leading Swedish carrier which offers ferry services in Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, and Norway), German, Poland, Great Britain and Ireland. The Stena Line Company was established in 1962 starting with ferry connections between Sweden and Denmark. Over the next years the offer was increased for Goteborg- Kiel, and Oslo - Frederikshavn cruises. In 1989 after taking over SM2 Crown Line Holland, ferry connections from Harwich to Hoek van Holland were established. Following years and the acquisition of one of the British ferry line opened Stena Line the way to the Irish Sea, which connected Great Britain with the main Irish harbours (Dublin and Belfast). Stena Line offers ferry crossings: Holyhead to/from Dublin and Dun Laoghaire, Stranraer to/from Belfast and Harwich - Hook of Holland.
